Lenauria operates this website and handles the inquiries submitted through it. This policy explains how we use information collected through the site and related inquiry or appointment messages.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form collects your first name, email address, phone number, and the salon goals or other details you choose to share. We also record your submission and any SMS consent choice. If you contact us afterward, we keep the messages needed to handle that conversation. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

How we use your information

We use your information to acknowledge and respond to your inquiry, understand your salon's needs, arrange conversations or appointments, and manage our follow-up. A submission creates or updates records in HighLevel, including your contact, form submission, conversation, and related sales opportunity or task. We receive an email notification of your request and send you an email receipt. Replies to the receipt reach j3laessig@gmail.com.

SMS is optional

Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize text messages. When you select the optional, unchecked SMS consent box, you agree to receive texts from Lenauria about your inquiry, scheduling, and appointments. This consent does not enroll you in promotional text campaigns. You may submit an inquiry without consenting to SMS.

Service providers and disclosures

We use HighLevel to collect and manage inquiries, store related records, and deliver communications; email services to send and receive inquiry messages; and Cloudflare to host this website. These services process information needed to perform those functions. Their systems may also process technical information used to deliver and maintain their services.

We do not sell information collected through this inquiry form. Mobile phone information is not provided to other businesses or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. SMS opt-in records and consent are used to administer your messaging choices; they are not transferred for another party's marketing. Providers involved in hosting, storing, or delivering our communications may process this information on our behalf for those operational purposes. We may disclose information when legally required.

External booking and site technologies

The booking link opens Calendly, which collects and handles information you enter there under its own privacy policy. This website does not collect payment information. Embedded forms and hosting services may use their own cookies or technical logs as part of providing their services.

Keeping information and your choices

We keep information as needed to handle your inquiry and requested services, maintain communication preferences, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
