Lenauria inquiry and appointment messages

These terms cover Lenauria's optional inquiry and appointment text messaging program. Messages are sent from +1 888-870-7640 and may include an acknowledgment of your inquiry, responses to your questions, scheduling messages, and appointment-related updates. Messages may be sent automatically or by a person handling your request. This program does not include promotional text campaigns.

Your choice to receive texts

You opt in by entering your phone number and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our inquiry form. The checkbox is not selected by default. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, or using this website does not by itself enroll you. SMS consent is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase a service. Please provide a number that you own or are authorized to use.

Frequency and charges

The number of messages varies with your inquiry, replies, and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply to texts you send or receive. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to +1 888-870-7640 at any time to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation text, after which messages from this program will stop. If you later want texts again, contact us so we can confirm your new consent and help you resubscribe. A new form submission does not automatically remove an existing SMS opt-out.

Reply HELP to +1 888-870-7640 or email j3laessig@gmail.com for assistance with the messaging program. You can also use that email address to continue your inquiry without SMS or to tell us that your phone number has changed.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the program changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. A change to these terms does not expand the SMS consent you provided.
